Privacy Statement

We care about your privacy. We will not aggravate you by selling your name or email address to any third party without your permission.

This privacy policy governs the use and collection of information from you by Froogle PR LLC ("we" or "us") when you use this site.  Here are some more details:

TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT:

Registration Information.
You will need to register if you want to receive email newsletters, or post comments (hopefully favorable, but at the very least coherent.)  Supplying such information is up to you. But if you don't let us know how to reach you, we can’t alert you when something interesting may be afoot, such as a new service, contest, etc.

Contests and Other Promotions.
Speaking of contests, while we aren’t planning anything on the magnitude of Powerball; we are thinking of some fun stuff. Such as interesting, relevant books and cool T-shirts with the Froogle PR logo. As those Lotto officials always say, “You can’t win, if you’re not in.” They actually say that so your hard earned dough will pay for schools.  We say it because you’ll have to provide contact info so we can send you a prize.

Email Newsletters.
We may also offer you the opportunity to subscribe to our email newsletter. You can always unsubscribe later if you have lost your mind.  Just write “Unsubscribe” in the subject line and email to: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  We’ll take care of it, pronto.

Opting Out.
If you had the good taste to register with us, you will have the opportunity to review, update, or delete your information any time you want.

Cookies.
We use a standard feature of browser software, called a "cookie," to assign each visitor a sort of user ID; that resides on your computer. The cookie doesn't actually identify you, just the computer you use to access our site. Unless you voluntarily identify yourself (through registration, for example), we won't know who you are, even if we assign a cookie to your computer.

This way we will know which pages are most popular and which are atrocious and should be eliminated. Of course, you can set your browser not to accept cookies, but if you do, you may not be able to register for free T-shirts, which will probably be bright aqua with an orange and purple logo.  Who could pass up that?

Browser Level Information and IP Addresses.
Our web servers automatically collect limited information about your computer configuration when you visit our site, including the type of browser software you use, the operating system you're running, the resolution of your computer monitor, the website that referred you, and your IP address. (Your IP address is a numerical address that is used by computers connected to the Internet to identify your computer so that data (such as the web pages you want to view) can be transmitted to you. That address doesn’t tell us who you are.)

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Last: if we need to change our privacy policy some day, we'll post the changes before that happens.
