Effective Business Communications Class
On Tuesday, August 3rd, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Sharon Geltner will teach "Effective Business Communications," at Palm Beach State College, Room HT213, 3000 St. Lucie Ave., Boca Raton campus.
This interactive $26 course will be taught in a computer lab and include business subjects ranging from memo writing to e-mail "netiquette" to Internet marketing.
Geltner, a resident of Boynton Beach, was communications director at Ruth Rales Jewish Family Service in Boca Raton and is president of Froogle PR, a multimedia promotions and special events firm. She has won awards for search engine optimization, newspaper reporting, and corporate communications. She is a founding board member of the Greater Boynton Beach Foundation and is Media & PR Chair for the Coalition of Boynton West Residential Associations (COBWRA) and teaches social media at Broward College. At the Palm Beach State College website. Click on Corporate and Continuing Education (top left tab). Complete five steps. The course ID is 144192. If it asks you for another number, type in the letters IGO and numbers 0129 (IGO0129).
You can pick up the temporary parking pass next door on the day of the class, or park only in unmarked parking spaces (not the marked or visitor parking spaces)
